Job Description
Temporary Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for provide overall benefits support including handling employee questions, benefit enrollments and changes, invoice reconciliation, open enrollment, COBRA and much more. Working under the direction of the Human Resources and Benefits Manager and in collaboration with the other human resources department team members, this person will perform a key role in providing excellent human resources service to all firm employees.
Requirements
Must have 3+ years of benefits experience in a professional services environment. An undergraduate degree from an accredited university is required.
